Greetings humble followers! After an extended absence We Are Back. We had to take a break to deal with some health problems of our own, but the website was hacked recently and that forced us to update. With the wealth of information we have collected here about Kaiser we didn’t want to just let it all go. The site still gets a steady stream of visitors and comments, and we continue to receive complaints, which we do read even if we haven’t had time to respond. Still up to no good that Kaiser Permanente. We don’t think KP is responsible for the hacking, but if they were, thanks for the inspiration!
The primary purpose of this post is to update our mailing list, which is no doubt stale after five years away. If you no longer wish to receive our email updates about Kaiser Permanente, please let us know by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of the notification email. If the link is not clickable on your device you can also reply to the email with “unsubscribe” in the subject line and we will delete you immediately.
To subscribe or unsubscribe you must click the link in the confirmation email you will receive after entering your address into the subscription form, or the change will not be completed (check junk mail if you don’t get it). It is never our intention to spam, but if you don’t complete the process of unsubscribing, we have no way to know you wanted off the list. After this post we will probably change the email address our notifications come from, due to receiving too much spam ourselves, but this one is coming from the same old address so we can be sure to reach people who have it whitelisted.
The secondary purpose is to beg for volunteers to help run the site and bring it up to date. We would have been able to stay active if we had help, but we never found anyone reliable in the long term with the availability and the right skills. We did have at least one infiltrator from KP in our midst at one time, and for that reason we will have to be more choosy than we were before. I’ll tell that full story someday, but the short version is that we figured it out when I shared some medical info, and the Kaiser plant abruptly disappeared. They obviously knew they were getting into HIPAA privacy violation territory by receiving this information without my consent. I couldn’t care less. I don’t say anything in private that I wouldn’t say to Bernard Tyson’s face, and they know everything I have claimed about Kaiser, and my own experience with it, is 100% true. But if you do get to know me, don’t be surprised if I tell you all about my latest doctor visit as a preventive measure.

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Chairman and CEO Bernard J. Tyson, gleefully hatching his next plot to deprive you of your money, your health and your legal rights
Speaking of “non-profit” Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Chairman and CEO Mr. Tyson, at left, did you know he made over $16 million in salary and other compensation in 2017? No? Well, that’s because we haven’t been able to update the tax returns! Please help us get this information to the world. It is a great way to feel good about yourself while providing a much needed public service.
The main new requirement is that you have to actually do something to help us before we let you into our inner circle. Put your money where your mouth is, so to speak; but it won’t cost you a cent, just your time. Updating KP’s tax returns and our Horror Stories Archive are just two projects we have in mind. If you have graphics experience, we could also use some new Kaiser Thrive Ad Parodies, although the old ones are certainly timeless if we do say so ourselves. And there is more. If you want to help, please let us know, and we will provide all of the information you need.
If you are seeing this post for the first time on the website, you can join our mailing list by entering your email address into the Subscribe widget in our sidebar, or on our Email Subscription Page. You will have to confirm your email address, as noted above.
That’s all for today. If you are still with us, thank you very much for your support!
I want to add that I had to purge a lot of email addresses from the list due to the hacking, and a lot of our early subscribers had to be removed because we couldn’t tell which ones were confirmed or not.
If you know you were on the list but you didn’t receive today’s email notification, and it’s not in your spam folder, you may have to subscribe again. Or you can contact us and we will check for you.
Only had around 30 bounces and I think that’s pretty good. I believe we are all cleaned up now.
Just another note that if you unsubscribe you do have to confirm it the same way you did when you subscribed (prevents strangers from unsubscribing you). Your unsubscription will not go through without clicking the link in the confirmation email.
In our logs it looks like some people might have tried to unsubscribe but never confirmed it. I have no way of telling who it is. They may not like hearing from us again but there is nothing I can do about it. I updated the post to explain, but folks who already read it probably won’t see it up there. If you come back to complain hopefully you will see this comment. If anything goes wrong with the confirmation process just contact us from the same email address you subscribed with and we will manually remove you.

Hello, Kaiser Permanente Thrive Exposed
You are Right; Personality disorders in Administration provide leadership from “snakes in suits.” Kaiser’s Market Behavior is psychopathic not in my best interests. Here is why!
Thank you for your service. Kaiser is not being held accountable for its many faceted parasitic counterfeit malicious “market behavior” by state and federal agencies for daily multiples of unlicensed dermatology diagnoses by Kaiser GPs nor is State Farm Insurance who shorts medical claims with in-house medical “expert testimony to reduce payouts to insured” and also who was fined $13 million dollars, 2017, for overcharging 250,000 renters for rental insurance policies in court suit brought by California Insurance Commission.
The California State Insurance Commission is not providing attention-getting stiff fine results for bait and switch nor jail time for CEO’s like Bernard Tyson, Kaiser Permanente who is paid $10 million a year (Source: Becker’s current Hospital Review data) to continue to authorize his general practitioner doctors to bait and switch diagnose and treat dermatology illnesses “for which they are not medically licensed” by the California Medical Board.
My GP, whom I will no longer interact with ever again, Dr. Garcia, G.P. Vacaville, and Kaiser, is one who sent me to telederm for derma. Photos.
A dermatology licensed doctor at a computer screen???? said…he looked the photos that were to be taken and gave instructions to the GP to treat, but did not know he was missing 50% of my clearly expected and needed photos not yet taken and never met my requirement to see me in-clinic for an in-person examination of my: (1) dermatology keratosis and (2) folliculitis so I called, during my retake of skin photos, to initiate a change order with Chris Walker’s (Physician in Chief’s) assistant at Kaiser Vacaville/Vallejo, CA to be seen by a dermatologist in-clinic and was referred to Eileen Crowley head of dermatology in-clinic for exam 6 weeks later.
California Medical License Board customer service listened to my call-in description of unlicensed multi-site G.P. behaviors (Vacaville, Vallejo, Napa Kaiser GP’s diagnosing illegally and told me that “Kaiser administration had authorized, illegally, the GP’s to engage in derma. diagnosis at all Kaiser sites to (1) diagnose and (2) treat dermatology conditions including cancers, or…send them to tele-derma photography or send them to a real licensed dermatologist as a last resort not frontline GPs et al just “because they felt comfortable doing it” as Dr. May’s assistant Napa Dermatology said she did and was not a G.P at the Napa, Ca Clinic.
I asked the Medical Board Customer Service Agent to cite Kaiser’s leadership for enforcing unlicensed criminal practice without a license. They did not.
Understanding is the booby prize, results are needed and missing with all insurance market behavior: Here is where it began after 1996. In 1996, McKinsey Business Advisors, who produced Enron’s criminalized leadership, changed the State Farm, All State and others claims process for greater profit returns and less for claimants reducing claims payouts:
M.I.S.T. soft tissue claims to “DELAY, DENY, DEFEND” especially with the help of in-house obligated medical diagnostic services and attorneys on the payroll to reduce claims and increase profits.
Claims are processed by “Colossus” a computer software system that operates specially tuned to produce profits individually for each insurance company et al. Most insured give up when faced with delays, denials or court jury trials. If they don’t give up they are subjected to a wear down process: Claims depts. delay deny defend offering reduced claim amounts and increased profits for which they earn bonuses to prevent “profit leakage.”
Here is where a public adjuster becomes a solution. The book of the same title: DENY, DELAY, DEFEND: explains “how underwriting and claims employees are: NEGATIVELY AND POSITIVELY incentivized to under-pay claims using McKinsey’s Colossus software and prevents profit leakage.” People have lost their homes supplementing reduced bait and switch Insurance accident claim payouts in accounts of Federal Judge and Jury trials that prevented that from happening again and again when often multiple insurance companies underpaid the amounts promised in their coverages even when presented with medical bills and expert testimony.
AllState Insurance is the most criminalized. While, Kaiser Permanente Medical insurance is shorting patient care workers they are harming patients by denial of doctor access in clinic that harms patients (as I experienced when I was told no discussion of physical exam assessments by 7 doctors in five years and no in-clinic assessment with a licensed dermatologist 2018 until I called the physician in chief’s office demanding an in-clinic review; while staff go out on strike now.
From my experience of their denial of my request to know my physical exam assessments before they were to be done and find the doctor denying me the right made me freeze up. So I went to 4 more G.P. doctors who all said the same; no discussion before the exam.
Kaiser is an insurance company crooked and criminalized with no credible consistent care just patient management like things from leadership a black American man who used to flip hamburgers as a young man now earning $10 million a year to win profits by withholding patient care opportunities and staff and therefore is operating to increase profits at the expense of claims on profits signified by patients who use their “medical services.”
Citizens in this country are afraid of their medical providers but first afraid of the functions of insurance companies that include Kaiser.
Clearly, Kaiser is ruled by a parasitic administration that is criminalized if we cite Becker’s Hospital Reviews details about their denial of service to their psychiatric ward patients whom they insisted: (1) They must cancel their Kaiser Insurance memberships immediately. After trying to delete ward membership on patients, they used: wear-down and drive-out to test the will of the Medical Board and State Attorney General’s office? and were fined 4 million dollars penalties after 4 years delay in court for their criminal treatment; dehumanizing psychiatric patients struggling with Kaiser’s personality disordered “leadership” who were psychopath’s interspecies gas lighting them. Trying to convince them they were wrong in being Kaiser members. KAISER OFFERS A BONANZA OF PERSONALITY DISORDERED AT LOCAL SITES THAT DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DELAY.
BTW: I recommend the Robert Hare Book: Snakes in Suits, When Psychopaths Go to Work. They are defined as “Interspecies who turn others into resources for: their amusement, gratification, enrichment.”
I look forward to receiving your updates. Welcome back. What is your role and goal to engage federal enforcement we need to fine the unaccountable doctors and even more dangerous leadership more often at Kaiser and State Farm i.e. the insurance business?
I know as a State Farm insured that I am now in conversation to protect for my future if I have a claim thinking with Greenspan Public Adjusters to protect me, to represent me if another State Farm agent uses “bait and switch” canceling one home owner policy in my computer print-out from him after I paid $1,111.00 for it upon his advice all: without my verbal or written authorization he increased coverages and sent me three billings without the required Cal. Insurance Dept. 30 days “change order justifications.”
Five Months later after underwriting generated activities, but no responsible results, from Pam Zalucha, senior underwriting agent State Farm 2019, the underwriting dept. issued me an unexplained, unjustified refund of $220.00 dollars I rejected with oversight of my second State farm agent. On: February, March and May I had received three increased billings for the new coverage I had the revised policy asking for a return to the terms of the original in my computer printout, a proposed policy I purchased Jan. 09, 2019. I could not get a letter of understanding as the first agent said, “There will be no letter of understanding to account for the unauthorized increases.”
Can a public adjuster represent me against Kaiser Permanente Insurance at my request?
Here is what I know about insurance agents and customer service agents:
(A.) The insurance agent like a doctor guides us to corporate product/service that is alleged to be the one opportuity for our best interests and often is not if we take charge and demand a better way.
(B.) Customer service consists of underwriting, of billing department, of claims settlement department who attach some result to us that begins with a profit in mind and winning by withholding on a commitment, a service product solution sold to us. Agents and doctors are not authorized customer service agents or actors.
BTW: My GP doctor was instructed to act as an unlicensed dermatologist even as medical assistants were doing so in Napa, Kaiser; “only if they felt comfortable” assessing cancers etc. Kaiser is foremost an insurance company with the common psychopathic duplicity allowed by unenforced market behavior your state senator cannot/won’t improve. If you get to him he will speak with the Kaiser lobbyist in W.D.C. about your concerns and guarantee nothing. Congressman Thompson, Dem. Napa, CA. office assistant explained that was the approach that would not prevent Kaiser from doing what it wanted.
CMS turned my complaints to them about denial of service for my physical exam as a 3rd party neutral back to Kaiser Membership services for my physical exam complaints under Medicare Senior Advantage. Most of my medical care for the last seven years has been offered by my one specialist who is credible so far. My medical exam complaint to Kaiser member services was responded to: “It is up to the doctor to decide how many and what kinds of physical exam assessments he/she will do. We hope this has been helpful to you.” That was the agenda and intent of Kaiser Administration leadership; our way or the highway offering a trust tax not a trust dividend.
Thank for reading this. I know that we have to do what is needed to serve and protect ourselves and also others. A system too dysfunctional to stop psychopathic leadership behaviors generating bad systems, to stop covering for one another as they do in Kaiser Permanente and the Book: Snakes in Suits, is too dysfunctional to be self-regulating and stop injuring patients by withholding accountability results in all their forms as Kaiser does.
Thank you for your good work. I would be grateful to be certain I am on your mailing list. Who is going to remove the double-minded leaderships that go east and west at the same time??? We cannot work with psychopaths (21% of USA CEOs According to Robert Hare is) if we cannot trust their credibility, their agendas that show their intent and their capabilities. They are killing people and making citizens very angry if not nuts.
What I see: Insurance companies are obtaining their CEO’s from existing State of California Insurance Commission employees. The lobbyists are former State of California Insurance Commission employees and Insurance company employees. Bills to provide protections for psychopathic insurance company are regularly offered at state and federal levels not in the best interests of insured. We need severe accountability penalties to protect and serve the insured up to the limit of their policies should be extreme to impress the criminalized CEO’s like Tyson with jail time. Instead, why not complain to the Insurance Commissioner???? Well, a complaint to the Insurance Commission intake case worker may be one of 600 complaints being handled or even one of 1,000 handled by one of a few case workers.
I have one there now with California Insurance Commission Complaint Dept. to assure that my future insurance coverages and policies are protected from changes made by any agent, or made by under writing, or made by State Farm billing. All changes would, be valid only if authorized by me in writing, be made only after I have authorized them with my signature. So much for bait and switch. I bet State Farm will tell me it can’t be done. Underwriting sent me to my new agent for a permission slip to initiate signature protection I conceived to protect from from parasites.
If I may be of service to you starting with your role, agenda and intent and end in mind let me know more.
