Page one of today’s Wall Street Journal has an article on the email I sent on November 3, along with a look at the events leading up to and following it. You can read the article through this link:
The Wall Street Journal, Critical Case: How an Email Jolted a Big HMO
You can also read my thoughts on the article, and on the ongoing leadership issues at Kaiser Permanente, on my blog:
In the coming days, I will post more about the months since my November 3 email. Thank you, again, to everyone who has continued to share words of support. It really has been one of the few things that have kept me going these past few months.
Thank you, again.
Sincerely, and most respectfully,
Justen Deal

It is too funny that Halverson has spent all this time and money going after a kid who was just “naive”.
If you believe Halverson’s tale then I’ve got some gorgeous ocean front property in Iowa that you’re dying to see.
Time for Halverson to pack his bags and take his member-funded golden parachute. (Off the Golden Gate Bridge for all I care).
I have a much more detailed up close and personal perspective on Health Connect than anything EVER made public so far (by far!!) and am working right now on consolidating that into a comprehensive “picture” of the real “State of the Nation” at KPHC.
